My personal experience of dealing with French Bedroom is/was uber positive. The staff were very helpful and kept me updated on delivery, etc. via telephone and text.
The ottoman is simply superb - designed well, sturdy and so ... beautiful.
The Venetto bedding is stunning, very expensive but well worth the money. The quality is second to none.
I guess the bedding will last until I grow tired of it - which, by the way, I doubt I will! Bye-bye Dorma!
I have to say the whole shopping experience with the company was uneventful in the nicest possible way. I like it that way ....

Gorgeous bed and great service.

The bed arrived on time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely love our new bed. Sturdy and well made with an aged patina. Perfect.

The bedspread is beautiful. The fabric is such good quality. I love it!

This is the second bed I have bought from The French Bedroom company. The bed is beautiful, very well made. I am delighted with it. I was told prior to ordering my bed that it would take a few months to be ready for delivery, so that was fine and I know that it is worth the wait. I was contacted every so often whilst waiting for my bed, so I knew I hadn't been forgotten. The delivery went smoothly and the tracking data to see where I was on the delivery schedule was excellent and updated in real time. Thank you
